About this image:

First exhibited in 2003, this artwork, entitled Night, noises in, 163, uses a free-standing viewing device and a column of suspended Scotchlite-covered moth shapes to attract and re(locate) the viewer. Like car headlights illuminating a jogger's safety clothing on a warm summer night, an ultrabright LED in the viewing device captures the moths in its 'gaze'.
