Born in Revelstoke, British Columbia, CANADA, Trudy Ellen Golley RCA, IAC is an internationally exhibited, award-winning ceramic artist who completed her undergraduate training at the Alberta College of Art & Design and the University of Calgary (BFA), and her graduate studies at the University of Tasmania, Hobart, Australia (MFA). Inducted into the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts (RCA) in 2002 and elected to the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC) in 2019, Golley recently retired from serving as the head of Ceramics and an instructor in the Visual Art Department at Red Deer College. She currently maintains her full-time studio practice in Red Deer, Alberta. :: current cv

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA, Paul Wm. Leathers RCA is an internationally exhibited, award-winning studio metalsmith who completed his undergraduate training at Sheridan College's School of Crafts & Design (Dip.A.A.) and the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design (BFA), and his graduate studies at the University of Calgary (MFA). Inducted into the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts in 2006, Leathers has headed metalsmithing departments in Manitoba and British Columbia and currently maintains his full-time studio practice in Red Deer, Alberta. :: current cv

Study Tour to China 2017

Trudy and Paul chaperoned a study tour to China in 2017. The group's itinerary included the museums of Shanghai, a hands-on exploration of various porcelain techniques in residence at the PWS Education Center, Jingdezhen, side trips to YaoLi and GaoLing mountain, and visits to local artists' studios.
