Created in 2009 for the exhibition, Northern Light/Southern Exposure, this wall piece, entitled The Unswept Floor (Again) incorporates a recontextualized fragment of a pierced ceramic form (Sandra Black) mounted in a Sterling silver neckpiece and displayed in a frame that features a stylized CAD/CAM-cut version in 3M Scotchlite of the Roman mosaic (Asaroton) by Herakleitos, The Unswept Floor copied from the original by the Greek painter, Sosos of Pergamon (c. 250–150 BCE).
